A mix of film and digital wedding photos in Ca l´Iborra, Barcelona

Celebrating and taking pictures at Ca l’Iborra is always a success. This house located in the Catalan Maresme, very close to the beach and a few kilometers from Barcelona offers the possibility to celebrate outdoor weddings in incredible gardens and with the view of the Mediterranean Sea in the background.

It was a sunny day on the Maresme coast and Ca l’Iborra became the ideal place for a wedding full of fun and joy. While the sea was in the background, the ceremony began with the bride and groom exchanging vows of love. The guests were enthusiastic and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful view. After the ceremony, everyone enjoyed the outdoor summer day gardens and views of the beach with the ocean in the background.

As a documentary wedding photographer I always like to capture the moments in a natural and spontaneous way. This wedding gave me moments full of emotion and I enjoyed throughout the day of photos full of joy and celebration from the bride and groom and all the guests.

I was also taking some of the photographs in film 35mm format to give a more authentic and informal touch to the wedding. I was shooting with flash to freeze the moments and create an editorial style that blended with the documentary.

The fantastic food was provided by Sauleda Catering, who offered from the beginning of the wedding appetizers and cocktails for the guests to cool off from the heat and enjoy the local gastronomy.

This wedding at Ca l´iborra was more than just a celebration. The beauty of the place and the good company marked a memorable experience. The bride, groom and guests will keep unforgettable memories of their special day.
