Hi! I´m Sara Lázaro and I´m a wedding photographer based in Barcelona.

In 2007 I felt in love with wedding photography. I started photographing at a friend’s wedding and discovered that photographing a wedding was a lot like being a street photographer: weddings are full of moments, different people, emotions and situations.

Also, documenting weddings has expanded my idea of what it means to be human: vulnerable and loved.

I shoot both film (35mm & medium format) and digital. Film photography has always be my passion. It´s the only format I use in my personal life and it´s the most natural format for me.


As a documentary wedding photographer I focus on making natural photographs and giving you the space and confidence of being yourselves.
