boda casa la siesta cadiz

Being in Cadiz, Andalusia at Casa la Siesta is always a pleasure and if it is to photograph a wedding, it is also a luck that my profession as a photographer gives me. I had not had the pleasure of having been before in this Andalusian-inspired farmhouse located in Vejer de la Frontera. As advertised on their website, Casa la Siesta is a luxury boutique hotel with charm and Cadiz tradition surrounded by nature and tranquility. And when I got there I understood that it is really a good place to get married and spend your wedding day with your people.

Horses, windmills and green meadows were the ones that accompanied me all my way by car until I arrived at the estate. When I arrived, they were already preparing everything for the wedding day: flowers, chairs, umbrellas to withstand the Andalusian spring sun and a lot of desire and nerves for everything to go well. However, I have to admit that the tranquility of this couple was enviable. They knew everything was going to go well and wanted everything to be as relaxed and natural as possible. That is, a quiet day surrounded by their loved ones and simply enjoying whatever was going to happen. And that’s exactly what happened that day: a lot of joy and relaxation on everyone’s part. That day was for celebrating things and they knew it.

She in an amazing Laure de Sagazan two-piece dress. With open back and a minimalist wedding dress estillo where the motto “less is more” wins by a landslide. Her hair tied up very simple in a flower headdress and keeping her natural look. He, a lover of comics and the color yellow, wanted to give his personal touch to the casual groom look: bow tie, suspenders and Adidas Stan Smith sneakers.

You can see the rest in the pictures below. It’s a pleasure that my job gives me the opportunity to meet people who are so eager to celebrate and enjoy such important days in their lives.

I recommend you to take a look at wedding on a beach in Cadiz, close to Vejer de la Frontera.
